April 2018

59th Annual General Meeting

Your 2018 AGM was attended by a very respectable number of members, with plenty of people also offering their apologies.  Thank you to all who made it!

Key focus areas were upon improving the membership system and increasing the number of events in the calendar.  Everyone that attended had plenty of ideas to put forward and lots of positive things for the new committee to take away.

Your New Committee

This year we must say goodbye to Cliff Cocks, Phil Ward, Sophie Flowers, Mary Peterson and Howard Timms, who have collectively served on the Playhouse Co. and former Deep End committees for the best part of two decades.  Thank you for all your hard work over the years.

Please welcome your new committee for 2018:

     Chair:  Lloyd Spencer
  Treasurer:  TBC
  Secretary:  Ben Lowater
  Publicity:  Maria Marriott
  Membership:  Jan Uzzell
New additions:  Liz Maisey, Kishi de l'Allebone

The role of treasurer is still currently open. The committee will be assigning someone to the role shortly, but in the meantime if there are volunteers please make yourselves known.  There are no special requirements to the role but a strength with numbers will be a big help.
